OutlandProperties.co.uk is a small business setup by myself, while I was a student at university. With currently owning only three properties it is much easier for us to resolve problems, to track payments and being linked to Outlandstone.co.uk and other companies, we have many skilled people at hand to fix problems within hours of any fault being reported. So you don't constantly have to ring to remind your property management company that they were supposed to come and fix the boiler three weeks ago!
We also try to prevent repairs, most appliances in the houses are under two years old and when things go wrong wherever possible we tend to buy new equipment to ensure you have minimal disruption to student life and don't have to worry about your home.
